When clients come to me looking for a custom-designed quilt, we start by talking about what they have in mind. Every one has their own vision, and I like to hear first hand what they’re thinking. It helps me gauge what each person is looking for so I can make sure that we’re a good fit for each other. We often talk on the phone at least once, and then be email.
