Yes. When a body is taken for cremation, the loved ones have a chance to choose how to dress the body, what special mementos to include (see this article for ideas) and part of this decision-making process involves whether to wrap the body in a quilt. Simply inform the funeral director that it is your wish to wrap the body in a burial quilt, and it will be cremated with the body itself.
