Tiny Quilt No. 58
Some of my all-time favorite fabric came from a vintage sleeping bag I found in Chicago on a thrifting spree with my friend Amanda Nadig. I unstitched every single thread that held it together and used a bit of the tobacco-colored casing that you see here. There’s also scraps of black cotton throw pillow and and it’s all backed with this mauve calico which I fell totally in love with. Made in the summer of 22.
