LA Neon Tie-Dye Wall-Hanging
Entirely handsewn without a single knot, this wall quilt is made from bits and pieces of friend’s stashes: the Indian block print is from LA quilter Luke Haynes’ studio, the neon orange print was from a new friend Milda that I met at the LA Farmers Market, and the navy tie-dyed sleeve was one I cut off of a tshirt I found in the thrift store bins (and then wore everyday afterwards) . Made in September 2022. Signed. Approximately 18” x 13”.
